By using GlamGo, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when using the platform.

2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through GlamGo. Services are prepaid.
A 25% deposit is charged at booking, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before the scheduled service.

If the remaining balance is not paid within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled.

3. Cancellation Policy​

• Before 48 hours: 50% of the total fee is charged

• Before 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total fee is charged

4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to Specialist availability and is not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details, be available at the scheduled time, and ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the Specialist.
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the Specialist’s tools, products, or equipment during the service.
In such cases, the User agrees to fully compensate (100%) the cost of the damaged items.

6. Service Quality
GlamGo works with carefully selected beauty professionals to ensure a high standard of service.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may contact us. Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action, including partial or full refund, may be considered.

7. Off-Platform Bookings
Booking outside GlamGo after an introduction made through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to bypass GlamGo will result in a financial penalty of 5000 GEL, applicable to both the User and the Specialist, and may also lead to account suspension.

8. Pricing & Additional Services
Prices are fixed and displayed on the platform.
Any additional services requested on-site must be agreed in advance and paid before the service is performed.

9. Liability
GlamGo acts as a platform connecting users with beauty professionals.
While we aim to ensure a high-quality experience, outcomes may vary. Any concerns or claims will be reviewed individually, and GlamGo will take reasonable steps to resolve issues fairly.

10. Accounts
GlamGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
