REFUND POLICY

By using GlamGo, you agree to this Refund Policy.
At GlamGo, we aim to provide a seamless and high-quality experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Booking Payments
All services booked through GlamGo are prepaid.
A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid at least 3 days before the scheduled service.
If the remaining amount is not paid within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the timing of cancellation:

Before 48 hours: up to 50% of the total service fee may be retained

Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund (100% of the service fee is charged)
3. Service-Related Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may contact GlamGo within 24 hours after the service.
Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, GlamGo may offer:

Partial refund

Full refund
-
Other appropriate resolution
4. Service Verification
To ensure service quality and fair review of any claims, Specialists may take before and after photos of the service.
These images are used strictly for internal quality control and dispute resolution purposes and will not be published or shared publicly.
5. Additional Services
Any additional services requested on-site must be approved and paid in advance.
Once performed, additional services are non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

No-show or cancellation within 24 hours

Failure to provide a safe or suitable environment for the Specialist

Situations where a claim is made but cannot be reasonably verified
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method.
